SRHS MBT Registration Steps
Costs are $115 for the NICA Pit Zone Registration (Step 4), $55 per race and $275 for the SRHS Bike Dawg registration dues. In the 2025-2026 season two athletes received scholarships from the Athletic Boosters, and a limited number of donated bikes may be available. Please email bikedawgsmanager@gmail.com before November 5th 2026 to be considered for a scholarship.
To register, complete all steps below before November 20th 2026.
Step 1 - SRHS Athletics Medical Clearance. To participate in any sport at San Rafael High School, all students must register on ArbiterSports. This includes uploading a valid physical dated June 1, 2026 or later. This physical will cover the student for all sports throughout the 2026–2027 school year but must be renewed and re-uploaded every year. This is the official physical form required for submission. Review the SRHS ArbiterSports page, scroll to the bottom of the page and “Create Account” to get started.
Step 2 - SRHS MTB Registration Form. This is a Google form used to centralize emergency contacts, medical, and other important information for our coaches. Please complete the Google form here.
Step 3 - SRHS Team Waiver. Complete the 2026-2027 SRHS Mountain Bike Team waiver and email the completed form to bikedawgsmanager@gmail.com .
Step 4 - NICA Pit Zone Registration.
Returning Student Parents or Guardians - Login to the PitZone and register your rider, which include the signed participation agreement, NICA Student-Athlete Membership, the League Student Athlete Registration, and the Technology Fee (totaling $115). Note each race costs $55.
New Student Parents or Guardians - You will receive a final email, activated by the Team Manager, from donotreply@nationalmtb.org to register with the NICA Pit Zone. follow the instructions for registration, which include the signed participation agreement, NICA Student-Athlete Membership, the League Student Athlete Registration, and the Technology Fee (totaling $115). Note each race costs $55.
Step 5 - SRHS Bike Dawgs Registration Dues. Pay the $275 SRHS registration dues on the cheddarup payments website. Team Dues cover the cost of team uniforms, coach training and certification, team league registration, trail access fees, team infrastructure equipment and fees, and camping for families during race events.
Step 6 - Register for each race when available. Last year races were released on October 15th. This is not required before November 20th, but is required at least two weeks before each race.
